UV-3D Fraud Detector
With the addition of a white light for the verification of transmissive security features, the UV-3D provides extra confidence for cash takers that counterfeit banknotes will be detected. UV-Illuminator
This portable lamp has two 4 watt lamps, housed in a strong aluminium extrusion. The internal nickel-cadmium rechargeable battery will give over 3 hours continuous use after an overnight charge, equivalent to a normal day's usage. A separate power supply is available for charging, but the Illuminator may be charged from any DC source between 9 and 18 volts. Applications include checking of security marks on property, checking security safeguards on passports, visas, driving licenses, checking documents for erasures and alterations and scene of crime usage.
