Terms & Conditions

1. All orders are subject to acceptance at our Locksbottom office.

2. Credit subject to status.

3. Selectamark warrants to the buyer that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, but limits its obligations under this warranty to replacement of products.

4. Subject to the foregoing, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by statute, common law or otherwise in relation to the products (apart from terms implied as to title under the Sale of Goods act 1979 or terms implied under Consumer Protection Act 1987 and the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994) are hereby excluded and Selectamark shall be under no liability to the buyer for any loss (including loss of profits), damage or injury direct or indirect resulting from defective products or material, faulty workmanship or otherwise howsoever arising and whether or not caused by the negligence of Selectamark, its employees or agents save that Selectamark accepts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence of Selectamark.

5. 5.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to sales@selectamark.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 5.2 below.
5.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
5.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
5.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 5.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
> in the event that the product has been used
> to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
The provisions of this clause 5.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

6. A company purchase order is required for all Made to Order products.

7. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

8. All prices exclude VAT (unless otherwise stated), charged at the current rate at the time of invoicing.
